Low Maintenance

Casement Windows are the most popular style of window in Ireland and ideal for any new-build or window replacement project. Designed to provide optimum strength, superior thermal properties and excellent weathering performance, they retain their pristine appearance year after year with the minimum of maintenance. Using only superior materials our Casement Window system provides modern looks and exceptional energy efficiency. ‘A’ energy-rated as standard and with a window U value of 1.4, our Casement windows exceed the requirement set out by the Department of the Environment for Irish Building Regulations. * In addition, all of our Casement windows can be upgraded to triple-glazed or passive standard. We offer a wide selection of frames including open out, top or side-hung openers, which can be manufactured in a variety of different configurations including Bow, Bay or French windows. The size and style can also be tailored to your openings according to the position of your window and the space available.
C70 CASEMENT WINDOW
Our C70 chamfered system is a 5-chambered modern system, that’s extruded using our lead-free PVCu Greenline compound. This system benefits from the cleaner lines of a modern chamfered suite of profiles for the design conscious.
The system is highly regarded as one of the easiest to fabricate and install and can be perfectly matched with a front/rear door, PremiLine patio door or a conservatory.

The PVC-U Ovolo frames provide optimum strength, superior thermal protection and excellent weathering performance and with the minimum maintenance, will retain their appearance year after year.
Vertical Sliding Sash windows provides a truly long-term, cost-effective solution for period style properties. Vertical Sliding Sash Windows incorporate energy-efficient 24mm double glazed units with a window U value of 1.5 and are “A” rated as standard to help save you money on your heating bills. The PVC window frames provide optimum strength, superior thermal properties and excellent weathering performance and will retain their pristine appearance year after year. Suitable for commercial or domestic buildings, the structural strength of our Vertical Sliding Sash Windows is enhanced through the use of steel or aluminium reinforcement with all fixings and hardware secured to the reinforcement. There’s also an interlock for the top sash, which increases the rigidity of larger windows
SAFETY & SECURITY
• To ensure safety within the family home, there is the option of a child restrictor hinge for both tilting sashes, keeping your family safe and secure.
• The gaskets within the vertical sliding sashes sits flush within the frame which means that only a fraction of the gasket is visible. The result is that the appearance of the window is not distorted by thick, bulky lines.

uPVC is by far the most popular material for conservatories today. It is an excellent, highly insulate material, which benefits from little or no external maintenance.
It is readily available and well tested and is mainly seen in white but also available in Mahogany and Oak woodgrain styles.
